Today we talk about patriarchy - not men, but the system that we have lived in for a good two thousand years - and how we women consciously and unconsciously contribute to this increasingly-unhealthy World view. The Greeks had a word for it: democracy; but it was democracy for a small number of well-connected men only. Sound familiar? So, what can we do to heal this long-broken system of honouring power and dishonouring much that is of far more valua?

Looking at the underlying issues that so often cloud our judgement ... at sex and gender ... and as a lovely side-step, talking about some of our favourite spiritual fiction.

Today we are looking at how not to replace old negative energy with new negative energy. When the source of some discomfort dissolves, our brains often look for a 'new enemy' to match the old energy and keep the same neural pathways open.

There's a short rant about casual condolences that really don't help ... and we also speak about Dr. Jeff Rediger's amazing book, 'Cured' It was only through reading this book that Maggy found out exactly how she achieved her 'spontaneous remission' from cancer! It's a superb document of research into how remissions are achieved.

Today we are talking about connectedness and disconnectedness - both good and bad. And with the passing of the Equinox, the gentle journey into the darkness...
